Help us save our beloved mother, grandmother

Our names are Stevie and Michael, and we write to you today with a plea that comes from the depths of my heart, desperately seeking your support for our beloved mother, who is battling a rare and debilitating disease called Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP).
