Hi everyone, I’m here today to ask for your help for my family Nala. Nala was diagnosed with IMHA it’s a type of anemia that her body’s immune system is attacking it’s own red blood cells. Shes very ill and requires multiple blood transfusions which are very costly, yesterday after the first blood transfusion she got a little better but unfortunately she still needs more with additional medicine and fluids. We’ve already paid more then 4k for her treatment and unfortunately we’re struggling to come up with the rest of the money to continue, If she does not receive the care she desperately needs it will be terminal… if you ever met my girl Nala you know how great of a dog she truly is, the sweetest girl with so much love & if you have a pet then you know how much she means to us.
