We’re heartbroken to share that Nat20 has officially closed its doors.

This is not the message we ever wanted to write. Over the past months, we’ve faced an overwhelming combination of financial burdens—at the same time that we were putting down a significant deposit on our new storefront. Unfortunately, the financial hole became deeper than we could realistically dig ourselves out of, despite our best efforts.

We’ve poured our hearts into building Nat20—not just as a business, but as a welcoming space for friends, gamers, and hobbyists. What made it special wasn’t the games on the shelves or the tables in the back—it was all of you. The community we’ve built together means the world to us.

We want to be fully transparent because you’ve been part of this journey from the very beginning. And now, we’re asking for your help. Whether it’s sharing this message, offering support, or simply reaching out—we’re grateful for anything you can give, even if it’s just your kind words.

This isn’t goodbye forever. It’s a pause—a moment to regroup, reflect, and hopefully find a way back.
