LaNé Ulrich is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and sweetest people around. This donation page has been created not at her or her family's knowledge or discretion. It is created out of love and care for her and her family by some close friends.
Through all of her personal and physical struggles, she still tries to put others before her. She gives love and hope and kindness to anyone she meets. We just want to help her feel the same way that she helps everyone else feel: loved.
LaNé has been suffering from something blocking off part of her intestines for over three years now. It has become increasingly worse and she has been forced to only get nutrients from drinking two bottles of Ensure and half a bottle of apple juice every day if she is lucky. But even that causes her intense pain.
She has seen multiple doctors and had some surgeries, but nothing has helped and has even made it worse. And her test results come up with nothing, but all of those that know, and care about her are worried and feel that there is more to be done. She is in dire need of help. And because of how experimental any other options are, doctors are not willing to do anything that they don't deem necessary to help. If something isn't done soon, honestly, she won't make it too much longer...
Please help us help her. She deserves to get this issue resolved and gone for good so she can get back to what is most important to her and those around her: living. Time is getting shorter and options are minimal. But with your help and generosity, we can get her to the Mayo Clinic where they are more open to helping her. She has insurance, but future procedures won't necessarily be covered by it.
Any donation will be spent towards room and board while they are traveling. It will cover deductibles and lost wages during the procedures. And will be the same for the perhaps multiple trips out there.
