As I write these words, my heart is heavy with fear and uncertainty. I stand before you as a representative of the Abdul’s family, in the face of this unforeseen battle.

This week has been a whirlwind of emotions as we confronted the harsh reality of Kyle's illness. The surgery to remove the tumors from his nose was just the beginning of our ordeal. Despite the best efforts of the surgeons, remnants of the disease linger, threatening to steal him away from us. Kyle has now been diagnosed with non Hodgkin’s lymphoma which is fast spreading.

For two agonizing years, Kyle has endured the pain and discomfort inflicted by these growths, robbing him of peace and normalcy. The toll it has taken on him, on our family, is immeasurable – the sleepless nights, the hospital visits, the constant worry etched on our faces.

The financial burden weighs heavily on us. The bills from just today's procedure have emptied our savings, and yet, there's more to come. Chemotherapy, CT scans, specialist visits and unexpected costs looms ahead, followed by the daunting prospect of radiotherapy treatments we cannot afford alone. Kyle and I have been forced to stop working to focus on his treatment which has left us heavily burdened financially. Our bills, groceries, rent, transport and upkeep for the kids has eaten further into our savings.

The thought of Kyle enduring more pain, of our young sons growing up without their father, is unbearable. Kyle is the anchor of our family, the beacon of light in our darkest hours. Losing him would shatter our world irreparably.

So, I come to you now, humbly and with desperation in my plea. We cannot face this alone. We need your help, your support, your love, to navigate this storm.
