*Update:
Haru's Family would like to thank you all from the bottom of their hearts. Your love, support, & contributions for Haru and her family was truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the family had to make the ultimate decision and say goodbye to their sweet Haru earlier today. After spending so long in the ER with very minimal improvements, it was a hard decision to make. Her quality of life was of most importance to them. We know she was very loved by all and had a lasting impact on many people's lives.
"We are going to miss her dearly. She was a sassy girl with a big personality, but oh so cuddly." ~ Haru's Family
All additional proceeds will go towards the hospital bills and medical expenses that accrued.
Thank you once again for your love & support.

Help Us Save Haru’s Life After a Toxic Ibuprofen Ingestion
Hello friends, family, and kind strangers —
Some of you know me personally and know how much I love animals. Our two cats are our world, and today I’m reaching out with a heavy heart about our 3-year-old cat, Haru.
Recently, Haru got a hold of a 200mg ibuprofen pill without us knowing. Twelve to twenty-four hours later, she vomited up the casing—but by then, the damage had been done. Ibuprofen is extremely toxic to cats, and at only 8.5 lbs, this dose was more than 20 times the toxic limit for her small body.
She was immediately hospitalized, and despite everything we’ve done, her condition is worsening. So far, we've already spent over $5,000 on emergency treatment, and we truly don’t know how much more will be needed to stabilize her condition and prevent kidney damage and or failure.
We’re committed to giving her every chance, no matter the cost—but financially, this is incredibly difficult. We’re humbly asking for help from anyone who is able to contribute. Whether it’s $5 or just simply sharing this, it truly means the world to us and to Haru.
If anyone would like to see proof, we’re more than willing to share redacted vet bills or medical updates—just message us here or through the platform where you found this.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for reading, for caring, and for helping us fight for Haru.
With love,
Haru's family
