Happy Tails Rescue is in desperate need of help right now. They are facing the hard decision of closing down due to lack of money. BJ and Carla have dedicated so many hours, days, years, and paychecks into saving the lives of so many innocent dogs (and cats) of Ashe and surrounding counties. Their work means a lot to me and thousands of other families. The animals of Ashe county really need their help, winter is approaching and several animals will be homeless and cold.
