Fiso was found in the city of Rustavi, lying helplessly by a busy roadside for three days. She has a shattered pelvis and was completely unable to move. A kind woman who saw her reached out to us - and we couldn’t turn away. We rushed to rescue her.

At the clinic, things were worse than we imagined: Fiso had two blood parasite infections (babesiosis and anaplasmosis), other multiple infections, and was too weak for immediate surgery. She’s been hospitalised for two months now, slowly gaining strength through intensive treatment and care.

Now, she’s finally strong enough for surgery - but we’re completely out of funds.

We urgently need to raise €2,500 to pay off her existing medical debt before we can even begin saving for her life-changing pelvic surgery. The operation is very expensive, and it will be followed by a long and painful rehabilitation process.

Georgia is going through a major economic crisis right now, and it’s taking a huge toll on street animals. We’re doing everything we can, but we’ve reached our limits.
