Help us raise funds to cover the costs of a 22 feral cat TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) project. A few neighbors in Belmont Craign came together to help spay and neuter the entire colony preventing it from becoming a larger problem in the future. As a feral cat colony population grows, so do the risks for the cats—especially for the unspayed females vulnerable to dangerous health conditions and constant litters.

18 feral cats have now been spayed or neutered, ensuring they live healthier, safer lives. TNR not only prevents overpopulation—it also significantly reduces suffering in these outdoor colonies. Each TNR package costs $64. This package includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccines, FVRCP vaccine, dewormer, flea preventative, microchip, and an ear tip to make it easily identifiable that the cat is fixed.

❗ Two of the female cats were found to have deadly uterine infection(including pyometra) that would have killed them if we hadn’t intervened when we did. Thanks to this effort, they were treated just in time and are now recovering.

In the process, we also rescued four tiny kittens who were too young to be returned. They are now safe in foster care and will be placed into a reputable rescue or no-kill shelter. We're also committed to covering the cost of their vaccinations, medical treatment, and supplies such as food and litter. Right now many shelters are at capacity with long waiting lists, so we will hold on to them as long as needed.
