Drew is an 8-year-old German Shepherd who brings so much joy to our lives. He’s incredibly sweet, playful, fiercely loyal, smart, protective, a bit stubborn, and endlessly curious. He has a unique way of warming our hearts that no one else can. Drew has been a cherished member of our family since he was just 6 months old. Unfortunately, on February 15, 2025, he was in a traffic accident and was rushed to the hospital. He’s currently receiving treatment for his injuries. While all four of his paws are damaged, thankfully they aren’t broken. He’s dealing with fluid buildup in his lungs and is on oxygen with an IV catheter. The vets performed a blood and plasma transfusion to save his life, and they’re changing his paw dressings every few hours. He will need further treatments, and we’re not ready to say goodbye to him just yet.
