Hi everyone,
This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write, but I’m asking for help for my sweet dog, Doobie.
Doobie is still so young, a year and 3 months old, and he’s already fighting something no puppy should have to — cancer, lymphoma. After multiple emergency visits, oxygen support, and extensive testing, he was officially diagnosed and has begun chemotherapy. So far, just getting answers and stabilizing him has cost over $12,000, and ongoing weekly treatment is expected to continue for many months.
Despite everything, Doobie is still himself. He still looks at me with those big, loving puppy dog eyes. He still wants to cuddle. He still has so much love and life in him — and that’s why I’m doing everything I can to give him a real chance.
The vets have told me that with treatment, Doobie could have 10–12 more months, possibly longer, with a good quality of life. My goal is not just time — it’s comfortable, happy time, where he gets to feel safe, loved, and pain-free.
Funds raised will go directly toward:
• Weekly Chemotherapy treatments ($750 each)
• Ongoing testing and monitoring
• Medications and supportive care
• Emergency visits if complications arise
As much as I wish I could carry this on my own, the cost of treatment is overwhelming, and I can’t do this without help.
If you’re able to donate, share, or even just send love, it truly means more than I can put into words. Doobie is my baby, my comfort, and my best little friend — and I’m fighting for him with everything I have. If you’ve met the little bugger you know how easily it is to fall in love with this baby boo.
Thank you for reading, for caring, and for helping us give Doobie the chance he deserves.
With love,
Keep & Doobs
