Hi everyone, thank you so much for visiting this page and considering helping our little buddy, Branson. He’s been part of our family for the past year and a half, and at 8 years old, he’s the most loving, chatty, and cuddly cat you could imagine. Branson, our sweet tuxedo cat, has brought so much light into our lives, especially during some of the hardest times.

Unfortunately, this year has been particularly difficult, and things took a heartbreaking turn when Branson started showing signs of a urinary tract infection (UTI), which is common in cats. We rushed him to the emergency vet, which alone was incredibly expensive. But after a week, his condition didn’t improve—he stopped eating, drinking, and wasn’t himself at all.

We took him back to the vet, where they found crystals in his urine and severe inflammation in his bladder. Branson was admitted to intensive care and spent days hospitalized under constant care. Despite our best efforts and already spending $4,800 on his treatment, the vets told us he wasn’t improving. They recommended a life-saving surgery called perineal urethrostomy, which would prevent future blockages and potentially save his life.

This surgery is expensive—duplicating what we’ve already spent—but we’re desperate to help him. It’s been so hard watching him suffer through treatments without relief. He trembles during every procedure, and all we want is to see him happy, healthy, and back to being the snuggly, loving cat we know.
