Our son is home schooled and has always been inspired by stories of monumental movements and the people who made a difference, like Martin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Parks. We believe that standing up for a cause you believe in and actively demonstrating it is something no textbook can offer. That’s why we are planning an educational adventure to Wisconsin, where we can put these lessons into action and show our son what it truly means to make a difference.
The funds raised will help cover our travel expenses, including flights and local costs, so we can join a protest against Ridglan Farms, a beagle research lab that has been operating without anesthesia and discarding live animals. Special prosecuters assigned to this case and Congressional Animal Protection Caucus (CAPC) have required the facility to close down due to the inhumane testing. The veterinarian had his license revoked and still no action has taken place. This protest is bringing together people from different states, united in the mission to save these animals and shine a light on inhumane testing practices. We want our son to see firsthand how people can come together to fight for what’s right and to be part of a movement that matters.
We are asking for your support to help us turn reading into real-life action and provide our son with the experience of standing up for what he believes in. Your donation will not only help us get to Wisconsin but will also contribute to a cause that is saving lives and inspiring the next generation to be brave, compassionate, and active in their communities. Thank you for helping us make a difference!
Please share this campaign with friends, family, and social media, and help us amplify the message: #SaveTheDogs #RightToRescue #Ridglan. Your support means everything to these beagles.
