My 16-year-old nephew ARMAN RICO TOSCANO ANGANA, is currently fighting for his life after being diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) in September 2024, a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer.

Since then, he has been hospitalized continuously and undergoing intensive treatment in Philippines. Despite everything, Arman remains the jolly, sweet boy and always smiling. When the doctors ask how he's feeling, he simply says, "I'm OK," even when he's clearly not. His smile, being brave and his strength inspires us everyday.

His mom-my eldest sister- AGNES ANGANA is by his side every single day, never leaving him alone for a moment. Meanwhile, his father is doing his best to hold everything together- working, caring for their four other children, including a 1-year-old baby who was just born last year.

Our family is doing everything we can to stay strong, but the emotional and financial burden is overwhelming. Hospital bills, medications,chemotherapy, blood transfusion,other tests and lost income piling up fast.

The reason why I've started this fundraiser even I'm here in the UK , because Arman AML relapse this June 2025. His pain and medical treatment back to start again. I want to give some relief to my eldest sister,Arman's mom and allow them to focus on what matters most , helping Arman heal and be strong. My nephew is a PAY PATIENT in a semi- private hospital in Philippines meaning they need to pay other medical expenses and treatment not covered by his parents health insurance.
