It's my birthday (50th) and I'm raising money for the pups!!!

Beach Dog Rescue of Costa Maya Mexico is rescue and sanctuary in Yucatan, Mexico.

The sweet girl in the photos is Venadita (little deer). She was recently rescued from a tragic life. Tied up and slowly succumbing to hunger. Part of her leg was cut off. Her housemate was rescued with her but unfortunately didn't survive.

We may never truly know what she suffered, but we are giving her the best life possible. Here, at our sanctuary, she plays, runs, cuddles and smiles! She sleeps on a cozy bed and never misses a meal. Eventually she will find a family of her very own, but for now, the sanctuary probably feels like a little slice of heaven. She deserves it.

Beach Dog Rescue has saved hundreds of dogs just like Venadita. Many times we are the last hope for the most vulnerable and forgotten dogs.
