My name is Madison Lyles, Gustavo’s sister in law. Our family has gone through an unimaginable and tragic loss. While Gustavo was in Mexico to finalize his US citizenship, he unexpectedly became very ill. Unfortunately, this illness led to the tragic loss of Gustavo. Our family is trying our best to get Gustavo home from Mexico City. Unfortunately, the cost of bringing Gustavo’s remains home is becoming overwhelming for our family and Gustavo’s. We are all having to go through hoops to get him home. It has been extremely difficult dealing with the Mexican authorities.
