Our lives were turned upside down when our car was recently totaled. We suddenly found ourselves without transportation, but even more urgently, all of our important belongings are still locked away at the tow company. They are asking for a fee just to let us retrieve what we need, and we simply don’t have it right now.

This isn’t just about clothes or personal items. My husband’s work tools are in the car, and without them, he can’t do his job. Our children’s car seats, legal paperwork, and even necessary medication are all out of reach. Every day that passes makes things harder for our family, and we’re worried about how we’ll manage if we can’t get these essentials back soon.
