For the past six weeks, we have made every effort to address this issue through the proper channels. Unfortunately, we have received no meaningful assistance from the upstairs neighbors or our HOA, and critical information—such as insurance details—has not been shared with us. This has left us stuck, unable to move forward with necessary repairs.

We also filed a claim with our own insurance company right away, hoping to begin mitigation and restoration quickly. However, despite our efforts, there has been no progress in getting mitigation or repairs started, and the condition of our home continues to decline.

As a result of the flooding, our condo has suffered significant damage, including:

* Potential mold concerns

* Damage to personal belongings and furniture

* Unsafe and unstable living conditions

We are now facing urgent out-of-pocket costs for:

* Repairing floors, walls, and affected areas

We never imagined being in this position—caught between unresponsive parties and delays while our home remains damaged. We are doing everything we can to resolve this, but we need help to move forward and begin restoring a safe place to live.
