Help us represent Toronto at the IBC!
On October 28th I was invited to compete in the Toronto blues challenge with my fabulous band for the opportunity to represent Toronto at the International Blues Competition in Memphis, Tennessee.
We won!
And so in January, I will be packing that fabulous band into a minivan and heading down to Memphis to compete with over 250 blues artists from around the globe for the chance to be named the best INTERNATIONAL blues act! I have to get my band there (and back!) and I am humbly asking for your help to support the costs of transportation, hotels and food while we are down there representing our great city!
I am grateful for anything you can donate! Every little bit helps! We want to represent Toronto as best we can and show them that the music scene up here is alive and well!
We will also be hosting a fundraiser on December 13th at the Old Nick Pub on the Danforth! Come out and party with us, we'll have some interesting fundraising ideas to liven things up!
Donations of all size and shape are appreciated! But just to entice you, I've decided to create reward levels!
$10 - We will incorporate your name into a song at the fundraiser show on December 13th at the Old Nick!
$20 - I will send you a personalized postcard from Memphis!
$50 - You will receive an autographed copy of my new album ONE WEEK ahead of the release date in January!
$300 - I will perform a solo house concert in your living room for your friends and family!
$600 - We will perform a full band house concert in your living room (or wherever you can fit us!) for your friends and family!
