Our home has weathered a lot since we moved in, but the storm that hit on April 25th made it clear that our roof can’t take much more. We discovered a leak, and the roof replacement we did back in 2010 has seen its share of storms, and now it’s time for a full replacement.

We got a bid to replace the entire roof, but it’s only good for two weeks. Unfortunately, we can’t apply for a loan, and our insurance won’t cover the repairs because we patched a previous hole in 2021 instead of replacing the roof. I’m finally working again, but as a contractor, it’s just not enough to cover such a big expense. After talking it over, Kevin and I decided to turn to GoFundMe for help.
