My Help Us Bring Charles Kalu Home

We are heartbroken to share that on July 31st, 2024, we lost our beloved son, Charles Kalu, in a tragic drowning accident at the River Thames in North Greenwich, London.

Charles had just completed his GCSE and was only 16 years old, with so much life ahead of him.

In our culture, it is a deeply held tradition that no child is buried away from their ancestral home. We are reaching out to anyone who can offer support in helping us repartrate Charles's body back to Imo State, Nigeria, where he belongs.

We kindly ask for your support to help us cover the costs of repatriating his body. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help ease this unimaginable burden.
