We only have one car for our household, and it’s how we get to work, school, and everything in between. For the past few months, it’s been having ongoing issues that we’ve been trying to manage and push through because we didn’t have the funds to fix everything at once. We’ve reached a point where the repairs can’t be put off any longer. The repair estimate is more than we can realistically cover in a single payment right now. The car is still running, but the issues are getting worse, and continuing to drive it like this risks turning it into a much bigger and more expensive problem, or losing our only vehicle entirely.

Having a reliable car means being able to keep up with daily life, getting to work, taking care of my kids, and handling basic needs without added stress or uncertainty.
