Help Us Remove the Fence Blocking Our Home

Property owner who owns the property next to us built a fence on the easement of the driveway and landlocked us in. Need help to pay the surveyor so we can build a case to tear down the fence that prevents us from leaving our own home. Anything helps, I appreciate it.
