i need help! affordable vets in the area?

new to the area, recovering from breast cancer and down on funds. my dog is in desperate need of help to get a lump removed from her neck, i adopted her when i was 18 & im 26 now and i hate to watch her in pain. this lump on her neck has burst and needs to be removed. someone please point me in the right direction. any places that will take us to remove this that isnt going to charge insane amounts? i’m currently in a spot where i can’t even afford to put her down if needed.. im desperate. we’re desperate. pls point us in the right direction.
