Help Us Remember Kevin Titus' Legacy

Donation protected
We are asking for help to Celebrate the Life of our friend and family Kevin Titus. Funds raised will go towards Kevin's Celebration of Life.

Kevin R. Titus of Fort Lauderdale, FL passed away unexpectedly on June 8, 2025, at the age of 43. Kevin was born January 18, 1982, and was raised in Levittown, PA.

Kevin will be deeply missed by his loving mother, Patricia Titus (nee Black), sister Stephanie Collins (Michael), brother Ryan Black, and nephew Randy Rangnow. Kevin will also be missed by family, more friends than you can imagine, and past and present colleagues. We would especially like to mention his best friends, and bonus brothers, Terrell Rivers, Kelly Immel, and Kiber Ramirez who have tirelessly helped us navigate this from Florida.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Randy Titus; grandparents Frank and Jean Black and Virginia and Sherman Titus; as well as his uncle Michael Black and great-aunt Marie Ludwig. We pray that he was welcomed with loving arms by our passed relatives.

Kevin had an extreme soft spot for animals, especially those that were discarded or had special needs. Kevin leaves behind his dog fur-babies Langston and Sage, as well as his cat fur-baby Finnegan. Kevin’s animals were his children, and he loved them fiercely.

Kevin was a 2000 graduate of Pennsbury High School, a 2004 graduate of Rider University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and a 2012 graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. Kevin started his professional career at Deloitte & Touche before moving to the New Jersey Office of the State Auditor, where he found a passion in healthcare while doing Medicaid audits. After graduating from UConn, Kevin moved to Florida and began his career in healthcare administration, most recently working for Aya Healthcare. Kevin enjoyed work and had a passion for his career. The stories he told would leave you in fits of laughter.

Kevin’s greatest past time and passion was softball. He was a devoted member of the SFAAA softball league for more than 10 years with the Underdogs, Supervillains, Riptide, and Whoosh. He spent time as a player, coach, and scorekeeper. In 2023 he coached his team Riptide to the National World Series Championship, where they took the National Title. Kevin was so proud of this accomplishment. No other regular D Division team in SFAAA history has won this title. Kevin loved coaching and loved his teammates, and fellow players.

Everyone that met Kevin loved him dearly. He had the best personality and was always laughing and telling jokes. He made friends and talked to everyone no matter where he went. His life was full of adventures and he could recount to the miniscule detail everything that happened in his stories. He loved retelling stories again and again and they only got funnier over time. Everyone will cherish these memories of Kevin.

With any additional funds, donations will be made in Kevin’s honor to rescue charities mentioned below.
