On October 18, 2025, our family lost a woman who was truly the heart of our world. Donna Jean Mosco (“Nana”), 70, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Pierceton, Indiana.
Donna was more than just a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother — she was a protector, a caretaker, and a light to everyone who knew her. For decades, she ran a beloved daycare and opened her heart and home to hundreds of children in the community. She loved deeply and fiercely, and anyone who crossed her path knew how special she was.
Her greatest joy was her family. Donna always made sure everyone was together for holidays, especially Christmas, and she loved hosting big gatherings filled with laughter, food, and her signature Diet Pepsi. She built traditions, memories, and love that will live on for generations.
This loss was completely unexpected, and our family is doing our best to navigate this difficult time. We are raising funds to help cover funeral and memorial expenses, so we can give Donna the celebration of life she deserves — one filled with love, family, and the community she gave so much to.
Any amount, no matter how small, makes a difference. If you’re not able to donate, sharing this page or offering a prayer means the world to us.
Thank you for loving Donna and for supporting our family through this heartbreaking time. She will be missed more than words can ever say — but her love will never be forgotten.
