Help Us Register the Wheelchair Basketball Hub — Let’s Build Something Bigger Together

We’re taking an exciting step forward for our Wheelchair Basketball Hub — we’re working to officially register as an association.

This doesn’t mean we’re breaking away from Wheelchair Sports. We’ll still remain affiliated and continue working closely with them and the Waves. What this does mean is that we’ll have the ability to grow, apply for grants, fundraise more effectively, and secure much-needed equipment like sports wheelchairs for our players.

Registering as an association will allow us to: Apply for grants and funding

Raise money to purchase wheelchairs and equipment

Support more players and expand opportunities

Strengthen our programs and long-term sustainability

Continue building an inclusive, welcoming sports community

To make this happen, we’re asking for community support to help cover the costs of registering the association. Every contribution — big or small — helps bring us closer to creating more opportunities for people of all abilities to play, connect, and thrive through sport.
