Help Us Recover from Medical and Financial Struggles

It takes a lot to ask for help I don't like asking for help but long story short this year hasn't been a good one so far 3 amputation on my foot had to send our van back cause too many problems and the car lot wouldn't help fix a bad car we got my wife missing work due to me in hospital I'm out of work just been a big mess and I made this hoping that it would reach the people that aren't struggling in life and would help everyone struggles and it's hard to admit and make public about it but like I said if this works out catching up mo they bills groceries and trying to get money for another car I just hope this would reach the people out there that can and would help
