I lost my job of 17 years in 2024. It hit me hard. I was able to live off saved finances and severance.

I diligently looked to find a job. Which I found out a lot harder then I thought. I found a job in August of this year. Two months later, I found myself laid off. Finding myself back on the job market and using more resources., yet still difficult. Recently I've put loved ones in a situation that I never thought would happen. I was turning the corner and got hit with a devastating situation that seems there is no help. When you reach out to said resources, unfortunately. I'm asking for anything that can be given to get my family back on our feet. Losing a long-time job and then not finding one takes a toll. Bills are piling up and I just can't seem to get the breaks. All we want is some normalcy to our lives.
