Hi my name is Renee Jackman. My husband Randy and I are in desperate need of help financially due to becoming positive with Covid on September 28th. Since then we both were hospitalized. After 4 days I returned home and he was in the hospital for a month near death. Miraculously he lived but had to go to rehab for a month to be strong enough to walk while on oxygen. He returned home to our landlord selling our home. We got low income housing but we have had no income since September. We've now been diagnosed with Long Covid. Randy can't exert himself or walk far without getting short of breath and I have been diagnosed with PTSD, severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks by my psychiatrist. I also see a therapist, cardiologist, ear nose and throat doctor, pulmonologist, neurologist and musculoskeletal doctor. My husband has a pulmonologist, cardiologist and primary care physician. As well as being on a tremendous amount of medication and oxygen. We have both applied for disability. Even after having an attorney we still got denied. Filed an appeal. My husband got denied again. It is devastating. We have sold everything we had of any value.i even sold my deceased mother's wedding rings. I thought we would be through this financial trial by now and we could concentrate on healing physically. It's hard enough but now we have to worry about losing the apartment we were lucky to get, our car that we use to go to doctor appointments and our car insurance. We will not be able to have money for our medication or money for fuel to get to doctor's appointments. We have $100 left between us now and are desperate. Please help us in any way you can. No help is too small right now.
Thank you and God Bless!
