Last weekend, our business was hit with an unexpected setback when our walk-in refrigerator failed. In a matter of hours, we lost thousands of dollars in product and labor, and we were forced to close for the entire weekend while repairs were being made. That closure also meant more than $10,000 in lost revenue, along with lost wages for the staff members who count on those hours. This has been incredibly difficult for me and my team, and it has affected all of us at once.

We are doing everything we can to recover. We are filing an insurance claim, but we already know it will not cover much of the loss.
