As many of you know, my family and I have been hit hard by a devastating scam. My mother, who has been struggling with memory loss, was targeted by someone pretending to be from the US Military. The caller ID even showed 'US Military,' which frightened her and led her to trust them. They convinced her to buy gift cards and give away nearly everything we had in our bank account. In an instant, our savings were gone, and we were left trying to pick up the pieces.

This loss has made it nearly impossible to keep up with our bills and daily needs. We're struggling to pay for doctor visits and medications, and insurance only covers so much. On top of that, my own mental health has taken a hit, making it even harder to manage everything. We've had to pawn family belongings just to get by, and with only one job in the house, it's simply not enough. Every day feels like a new challenge, and we're doing everything we can to stay afloat.
