Nearly a year after releasing Rubidium , no tangible copies of our album have been made or delivered.. not to us, and not to the people who purchased or pre-ordered it in good faith.

We have tried to resolve this privately and professionally. We waited. We reached out. Nothing..

Without access to our own music, we are at a standstill. We cannot press records. We cannot distribute. We are stuck.

We exhausted every other option, it feels. We’ve made the difficult decision to seek legal representation to regain the rights to our work.

We have found an attorney willing to fight for us. Now we are asking for help covering the legal costs so we can reclaim our music and finally move forward.
