HELP US REBUILD OUR FAMILY'S FUTURE

Hi there,

My name is Gary Pierre, and I'm creating this GoFundMe to support my family in Haiti financially in response to the recent 7.2 magnitude earthquake that happened in the South, Les Cayes (home). My family has been working really hard to recover from the 2010 earthquake, but now we will have to start from scratch again. Things haven't been easy for us, since I lost my dad in 2020, then COVID-19, then the assassination of the president, hurricanes, and now earthquake.

According to the country's Civil Protection Agency, at least 724 people were killed and some 2,800 are injured (search is still happening). So far most of my family members are safe and healthy. Although we lost pretty much everything, including our houses collapsed, schools collapsed, no jobs are available.
