On the 2nd of July at 2:30am, our lives changed forever.

We received the devastating phone call that every business owner fears—Hope Cartel Headquarters was on fire.

By the time we arrived, there was nothing we could do but stand there and watch as the place we had poured our hearts, souls, and countless hours into was engulfed in flames. It wasn't just a building we lost that night. We lost our home, our sanctuary, and the safe space that so many people had come to rely on for healing, connection, and hope.

Hope Cartel has never simply been a business. It is a community. It is a place where people have walked through our doors carrying grief, trauma, anxiety, heartbreak, and life's greatest challenges—and left feeling supported, empowered, and never alone. Watching that space disappear before our eyes was one of the most heartbreaking moments of our lives.

In a single night, we lost everything. Our equipment, furniture, resources, and the space that held so many stories of healing and transformation are gone.

Asking for help has never come easily to us. We have always believed in being the ones who lift others up. But today, we find ourselves in the incredibly difficult position of needing the support of the very community we have dedicated ourselves to serving.

We are determined that this fire will not be the end of Hope Cartel. We will rebuild. We will create another safe space where people can come to heal, reconnect, and find hope again. But we cannot do it alone.

Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly towards rebuilding Hope Cartel—replacing essential equipment, securing a new space, and allowing us to continue offering the life-changing services that so many people depend on.
