During the storms on April 15, 2026, a huge city tree fell on and in our home that we have been renting for the last 8 years, making it uninhabitable. The landlord won’t remove the tree, and rain has been coming in for a week now, so we most likely lost everything inside. It’s been overwhelming to see our home and belongings destroyed, especially after building our lives here for so long.

We are now searching for a safe place to stay and need to replace the essentials our family lost. The funds raised will help us secure temporary housing and begin to rebuild what was lost. We are doing our best to stay hopeful, but the uncertainty has been difficult for all of us. We never imagined we would be in this situation, and it’s hard to ask for help, but we know we can’t do this alone.
