My name is Crystal, and I’m reaching out because my family and I are facing a situation we never imagined. Our home burned down to the ground, and in a matter of hours, we lost everything we owned. The memories, the comforts, and the sense of security we built over the years were all taken from us in an instant. It’s been overwhelming trying to process the loss and figure out how to move forward, but I know we have to keep going for each other.
