On January 9th, my family and I experienced a devastating house fire that turned our lives upside down. In a matter of hours, we lost almost all of our personal property, including the things that made our home feel safe and comfortable. The hardest part has been seeing our toddler lose all their toys, clothes, books, and linens—items that brought joy and comfort every day. The fire has left us facing the challenge of starting over, and we’re doing our best to stay hopeful for our family’s future.

Right now, we’re focused on replacing the essentials we need to get back on our feet. We need clothing for all of us, as well as basic household items and supplies for our toddler. Every bit of support will help us rebuild and provide a sense of normalcy for our child. We know it will take time, but with help from our community, we believe we can get through this together.
