On Wednesday, our life changed forever. We woke up to a complete nightmare, with only seconds to vacate before everything was engulfed in smoke and flames. My husband was in the ICU recovering from an extensive lung surgery, so it was just my daughter and i in the house. We barely made it out, and heartbreakingly, only two of our five cats survived. The loss is overwhelming, and it’s hard to know where to begin picking up the pieces.

We lost everything—clothes, accessories, daily necessities like soap, toilet paper, toothbrushes, dishes, ect. While we try to navigate this new reality, every bit of support will help us start over, from the smallest essentials to appliances. Every bit helps make the road ahead feel less daunting.
