I never imagined I’d be in this position, but after a recent house fire, my family and I are starting over with very little. We’re safe, and I’m incredibly grateful for that—but we’ve lost many of the everyday essentials that make life feel stable and manageable. To make things even harder, four of our beloved cats are missing, and we’re doing everything we can to find them.

The past few days have been overwhelming as we try to process what’s happened and figure out our next steps. We’re working to secure temporary housing, replace clothing, toiletries, and other necessities, and begin the long process of rebuilding our lives. The emotional toll of not knowing where our pets are is heavy, but we’re holding onto hope and doing everything possible to bring them home.

I’ve created this fundraiser to help cover basic needs as we rebuild and to support our search for our missing pets.
