On a day that started like any other, my life took an unexpected turn when my car caught on fire. In just a few moments, my daughter and I lost not only our main way to get around, but also so many of our personal belongings. Inside the car were our tablets, laptops, clothes, shoes, money, jewelry, toys, and even my daughter’s car seat. It’s been overwhelming to see so much disappear so quickly, especially the things that brought my daughter comfort and joy, like her favorite toys and her iPad.

Trying to rebuild after this loss has been incredibly hard. Without a car, getting to work and making sure my daughter can get to her babysitter has become a daily struggle. The loss of her toys and essentials has been heartbreaking for both of us. Every day, I’m doing my best to stay strong for her, but it’s not easy to start over from scratch.

I’m reaching out for help because your support would mean the world to us. Any contribution will go directly toward helping us get reliable transportation again and replacing the things my daughter misses most, especially her iPad. God bless anyone who is able to help—your kindness will make a real difference in our lives and help us move forward after this difficult time.
