In September 2018, we opened our doors with a simple dream: serve great food and serve our community with heart.
Over the next 7½ years, that dream turned into something far greater than we ever imagined. Our restaurant became a gathering place where families shared meals, friendships were formed, and people always knew they would be welcomed.
More importantly, it became a place where we could give back.
During our years in business we proudly:
• Served hundreds upon thousands of charity meals
• Supported countless local causes and community events
• Opened our doors to those who needed help
• Provided food, comfort, and support to people during difficult times
Giving back was never part of a marketing strategy — it was simply who we are.
We weathered many storms along the way, including the challenges of COVID, public criticism, false accusations, and targeting that tested our resilience. Through it all, our community continued to support us and kept us going.
But in the past year, life brought challenges we simply couldn’t overcome.
After being involved in a serious car accident, our family then experienced the heartbreaking loss of my grandmother and my mother in 2025. The emotional toll was devastating.
Unfortunately, during this already difficult time, circumstances with our building management suddenly created an environment where operating became impossible after essential utilities and services were removed. Without the ability to operate safely, our doors were forced to close suddenly on February 11, 2026.
It was not a decision we planned, and it was not the ending we wanted.
However, we are choosing to focus on moving forward instead of giving up.
For 7½ years we have proven our commitment to this community through food, service, and compassion.
Now we are asking for help to continue that mission.
Our goal is to launch a mobile food unit that will allow us to:
• Continue serving the food our community loves
• Attend neighborhood events and gatherings
• Participate in charity events and fundraisers
• Provide meals for those in need
• Rebuild what was lost while staying connected to the people who supported us for years
A mobile kitchen will also allow us to operate with more flexibility and independence, ensuring that we can continue serving our community for many years to come.
Our goal is to raise $50,000 to help purchase and equip a mobile food unit and cover startup costs to begin again.
If you have ever enjoyed a meal with us, supported our work, or simply believe in helping small businesses and community service continue, we humbly ask for your support.
Whether it’s through a donation or sharing this campaign, every act of kindness brings us one step closer to reopening in a new way.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the support you’ve shown us for the past 7½ years.
With your help, we believe this is not the end of our story — only the beginning of our comeback.
