Greeting,

I need your help to repair my father's house in order to put it up for sale. There's a dead tree that needs to be cut down, the hedges need to be trimmed & shaped, the fence in the back yard needa to be rebuilt as well. Ibside, the bathtube facet leaks & needs fixing, the carpet needs replacjng, & the walls could use a fresh coat of paint as well! (Perhaps the outside does too!) I am really steuggling to even manage the nonthly mortgage payment on the house let alone the zoning permits & filing fees to begin on all these nexessary repairs in order for it to become listing ready, so anything at all that you can donate to my cause would be greatly aporexiated!!
