We are a group of people dedicated to assisting the family of Cecilia Huerta Gallegos in locating and recovering Cecilia's remains. We need your help to gather funds that will be used as a reward that will assist Law Enforcement and Search and Recovery teams in receiving information that will lead to the recovery of Cecilia's remains. Why is this so important?

Cecilia's children are traumatized and scarred after witnessing their mother fight for her life in their home. Cecilia's four children, her mother, and her family members pray & plead each day that her remains are found so they can give her a proper burial service. Recovering her remains will give the family the sense of peace and closure they need. Cecilia dedicated her life to caring for others and deserves the dignity of a proper burial.

Who was Cecilia Huerta Gallegos?

At 5 feet 1 inch tall and 120lbs, she was petite and delicate. Cecilia was a hard-working and loving mother to her four children. She worked hard to provide a comfortable home and worry-free lifestyle for her family. "Children First" was the motto she lived each day. The elderly residents and her coworkers at St. Francis Nursing Home loved Cecilia for her caring and friendly soul.

Siblings, friends, and coworkers were aware of the domestic violence she faced in her home.

Cecilia frequently expressed her fears of the danger in her home and revealed her plans to get her children and herself to safety.

Several search teams are continuing to search for her remains. Cecilia's husband has been charged with her murder and is awaiting his trial.
