Hi everyone,

I’m Clíona and together with my fiancé Mo, We taking on the challenge of running the Sydney half marathon in May 2025 to raise money for a cause that is very close to my heart. We are hoping to raise £5000 to support those battling cystic fibrosis, a condition that affects so many lives, including my own families.

Over the years, a close relative has received incredible care at Belfast city hospital, where the doctors, nurses, and staff have been instrumental in improving their quality of life. The hospital has been a place of unwavering support and care, and now it’s our turn to give back.

Cystic fibrosis is a life-limiting condition, and the journey is challenging for both the patients and their families. But with ongoing research, better treatments, and continued support from places like Belfast city hospital.
