Hello! My name is Damien Martinez and i’m just a college kid with a goal. I’ve had my best friend Sam since i was around 10 years old, he’s seen me grow up throughout the entirety of my middle and high school years. He has genuinely been my rock throughout the years of happiness and hardship, i don’t know what i’d do without him. He is so loved by our family and so many friends and I wouldn’t be making this if I didn’t genuinely need help. As he’s gotten older some small health problems had begun to show and my poor guy has been in pain for the past few months because of it. We've been spending so much on special diets and medication but he doesn’t seem to be improving. Our only other option is surgery to relieve his pain and help him get the most of the rest of his life. Please only donate if you can afford to!
