As many of you know we have just recently lost a great person due to a long battle with mental illness. If you knew Jakob he was the most selfless person you could’ve ever met while he was hurting he wanted nothing but the best and happiness for everyone else. He was a great friend, best brother, uncle, son, nephew, Grandson and just always knew how to put a smile to everyone’s face.
