We are a group of university students from all over the UK fundraising for 3 families in Gaza. We will hike on the 20th September in Box Hill Park, Surrey/London area.

We are raising money for Azar Bsisah, Haitham Gbreel, and Alaaedin Alzumaili.

Azar Bsisah is a journalist based in Gaza, actively reporting and raising awareness on social media.

Haitham Gbreel is a nursing student. He is currently recovering from severe injuries, with a family that has been displaced more than 7 times.

Alaaeddin Alzumaili is a civil engineer. He cares for a family of 10, whose condition is increasingly worsening as a result of severe malnutrition.

These beautiful souls have lost their home and everything they have worked for, and are now facing an urgent struggle to meet the most basic daily needs.

We have started this fundraiser in response to Israel’s plan to take over Gaza City. This escalation has pushed Gazans into even severe hardship.

Your support will directly provide:

• Safe and stable shelter

• Nourishing food and clean water

• Vital medical supplies and treatment

Any amount, big or small, will make all the difference. One pound for us might be nothing, but for them could buy the flour needed for bread.
