Our beloved Smitha Patil recently passed away on 9th October 2021. Smitha was a wonderful mother and a friend who touched the lives of those around her. She leaves behind two very young and bright sons (2yr old and 6 yr old) and her husband.

 

Smitha was an ambitious, hard working young woman who was also very dedicated to her family. She loved to spend time with her two young children, taking them around to new experiences in the UK. Always wearing a cheerful smile on her face, she was a source of energy in the family and among her friends & colleagues. At work, she was an achiever and never short of ideas.

 

 

We are all devastated by Smitha's loss and stand shattered into pieces in her absence. The family has lost not only an earning member but a doting mother, a void which can never be filled. We want to give Smitha the memorial she deserves, to honour her memory and say our last goodbyes.

 

 

Considering the high cost of expenses that lie ahead for the family in the short to mid -term in view of the funeral and repatriation to India. Any funds remaining after the funeral will be used to secure the future of the young children she left behind. We are currently seeking support to help build an amount of £30000 which can take care of such immediate to intermediate costs taking some financial burden off the grieving family. Every little helps !
