We’re raising $25,000 towards planting our 500,000th tree in 2025

What started as a small community effort is now a powerful movement. We are planting hope on a game-changing scale, one tree at a time. And now, we’re on the brink of something huge - the planting of our 500,000th tree!!

We’re almost there — with fewer than 15,000 trees to go!

We need your help to get there. Funds will be used to plant and maintain the trees for 2 years

Why This Matters

Australia’s beloved koalas are now officially listed as endangered, with habitat loss being the leading cause. Without urgent action, wild koalas could vanish within 25 years.

That’s why Bangalow Koalas is creating lifesaving wildlife corridors across the Northern Rivers of NSW to reconnect fragmented habitats and give koalas, and countless other native species, a fighting chance.

We plant the right trees in the right places - creating safe and new homes for wildlife. And we know it works; we’ve seen koalas in our plantings within just two years.
